What closure do your hats use?
All Never Normal hats use a snapback closure, giving you an adjustable fit across a wide range of head sizes. One size fits most.
The hat feels tight at first — is that normal?
Yes. The structured build holds its shape right out of the bag. Snap back one or two rows to open the fit and dial in your comfort level.
Can I loosen the fit if the brim is pressing on my forehead?
Absolutely — just release a click or two on the snapback. The adjustable closure lets you find the right tension so the brim sits comfortably without pressing in.
The snap hardware feels scratchy. What can I do?
Make sure the snap tab is fully seated and facing away from your head. If the tab still contacts your skin, adjust the snap to a looser setting so it clears your hairline.
My hat feels loose and shifts around. How do I fix it?
Click the snapback tighter, one row at a time, until the hat sits level and doesn't shift. The structured design is meant to hold its position once you find the right setting.
